Israel Crafts ships using the Israel Postal service. For lost packages, will we issue you a full refund within 7 days of the postal service confirming the loss. We are not responsible for shipping delays.
We ship locally in Israel using Israel Post package service, for a flat fee of 29 ILS (2-14 days delivery).
International

We ship internationally via Israel EcoPost (60 ILS), to Austria, Australia, Italy, Ireland, United States, Belgium, Brazil, Britain, Germany, Denmark, South Korea, Holland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Greece, Japan, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Finland, France, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, and Russia. Delivery is expected within 5-7 business days in most destinations (for Australia, Taiwan and New Zealand: 10-12 business days). Shipping includes a tracking number.
We ship via Israel Post regular mail to other countries not supported by EcoPost. If your country is not yet listed, please drop us a line in the Contact Us page: we’ll check prices and add the country as a shipping destination.
